Best to start right away as it is always easy to take out a membership and let time pass without attending; the best advice is just to go for it. FAQ 3 – Can I come along on my own? Of course you can and most people do at least sometimes. Singles-Events is friendly, and people like chatting to everyone else regardless of whether they have met them before, so attending on your own should hold no fears. FAQ 4 – I'm concerned about going to my first bar night Most people in Singles-Events have been nervous on their first visits, so don`t worry. The bar nights are exclusive to members every Thursday in Waxy O`Connors after 8pm. It is casual in so much as you can arrive and leave as it suits. On arrival, you will be welcomed by Marion and Liz who will guide you through your early visits. Waxy O`Connors is centrally located at 44 West George Street adjacent to Queen Street railway station, and is convenient for most transport. Free car parking is available in the George Square area. FAQ 5 - What happens after I join? You will receive a monthly events program packed with varied weekly events and your membership card. Our administrator will send you a private email link that will allow members access to all the events in our diary. |
